Welcome to TheNDA.com (the “Site”), operated by National Distribution Alliance, LLC, d/b/a NDA and NDA Logistics, (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and or “our”). Please read the following terms and policies carefully. By accessing or using the Site located at https://thenda.com, you agree to be bound to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms and Conditions

We maintain a strict policy of not sharing your SMS, mobile opt in, consent or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own use case; excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services. Your contact information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is used solely for the purposes explicitly stated in this privacy policy.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from NDA, you may receive messages related to the following

  • Route or account alerts
  • Surveys
  • Answers to your inquiries about our services
  • Promotional messages about new products and services available to publishers and retailers.

Examples of the above:

  • Conversational: “Thanks for contacting NDA. Be advised that we sell newspapers and magazines wholesale in the NY Metro area. To opt-out, text STOP. For assistance, text HELP or visit Help. Read Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.”
  • Promotional: “NDA sells single-serve croissants and snacks at competitive rates wholesale. Call now to add to your order: 718-937-0402. To opt-out, text STOP. For assistance, text HELP or visit Help. Read Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week regarding your route or account status.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary.

Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from NDA in the following ways:

  • By scanning a QR code then completing a web form
  • By completing any other types of web forms.

Additional Options

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you may choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

Opt-Out Options

You may manage your preferences for SMS and email messaging at any time by replying “STOP” to opt out from text messages or sending an email to Unsubscribe@TheNDA.com to request a communication preference change form. Opt-out requests can take up to 3-5 calendar days, and you will receive confirmation once completed.

Standard Messaging Disclosures
